Trials are optional yet highly recommended. We want to ensure you are feeling confident and comfortable with your matched stylist and makeup artist. You will meet with the stylists to go over your wedding details, theme, and any special information that needs to be discussed prior to the wedding. Please make sure you bring any hairpiece, tiara clip-in extensions, flower etc. to the trial. We do trials at our home studio in Hamilton. We book trials during our off-season months. We recommend booking a trial at least 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding.

We keep a record of all your details and a photo of your look. In case of emergency, which never happened, a backup stylist will show up. To keep everything organized for you, we send a schedule for the wedding day with the exact appointment for each client.

The scheduled stylist will show up at you location 10 minutes before the scheduled time to set up. Please be prepared. Have your hair washed the night before and do not put any product in your hair. You face should be clean and moisturized.

We require a working area for each stylist. We understand that hotel rooms are small in size, but we want everyone to be comfortable. So, a chair, mirror, and a small table would be great for us.
